manisha dahad is passionate about awakening individuals
and communities to collectively create new and sustainable
solutions for a harmonious and integrated world.

in the last three years, manisha has developed and
implemented innovative social and diversity leadership
programmes for corporate and voluntary clients such as
bdo stoy hayward, kroll and colliers cre, vso,
nest & save the children.

she has twelve years experience in innovation management,
strategy development and business transformations as a
management consultant for ibm working with cable &
wireless, t-mobile & o2.

she is a former co-founder of dawn, a dynamic
asian women’s network which supports women to reach their potential.
she
recently supported the 7th july london bombings
assistance
programme to help survivors and the bereaved move on
meaningfully from the incident. manisha is also actively
involved with the centre for reconciliation and
peace in
exploring the creative potential of conflict.

currently, manisha is a member of the
international coach federation and a trustee
board member of cfor - community force for
change, a conflict resolution charity. she was a
former board member of equal opportunities
commission’s (eoc) ethnic minority
committee.

after completing her msc in science &
technology development
from birla institute of technology & science in
india, she
went on to study her mba at the london business
school. she
has also trained as a co-active™ coach from
coaches training institute and is a graduate of
cti’s 10-month international co-active™
leadership programme.

she lives with her husband and daughter in
hertfordshire. in
her spare time, she enjoys salsa and bollywood dancing,
appreciates theatre and loves traveling.

she also explores consciousness and its impact
on human interconnectedness. |
